These General Terms and Conditions of Sale relate to the purchase of products made at a distance via telematic network on the site www.cantinaterzini.it, belonging to Domenico Terzini. Each purchase transaction shall be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99, DLgs. 206/05; information directed to the conclusion of the contract will be subject to Art. 12 del DLgs. 70/03 and, as far as the protection of confidentiality is concerned, will be subject to the regulations set forth in Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
For payment of purchases, the Customer may use the following methods:
- Credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS and POSTEPAY (via Paypal).
- Bank Transfer
In this case, the goods will be dispatched following receipt of payment, which must take place within 7 days from the date of the order. PRODUCT SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
The ordered products will be shipped by Express Courier to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. A fee will be charged for shipping during the purchase phase, depending on the destination of the order.
Shipments are made by the express couriers BRT and GLS, are processed in about two days and generally delivered within 24/48 hours.
Shipping costs have a fixed cost of EUR 10.00 for orders of less than EUR 69.00 while they are free of charge for orders of EUR 69.00 or more.
Prices include VAT.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 10 (ten) ten working days from receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period, a written communication to the address of Azienda Agricola Terzini by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Notice of withdrawal may also be sent, within the same time limit, by email or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.

In accordance with the law, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is the full responsibility of the customer.
The customer is obliged, before placing his purchase order, to read these general sales conditions carefully. Submission of the purchase order implies full knowledge and acceptance thereof.
Finally, the customer is obliged, once the on-line purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general terms and conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion of the contract.
