If you have a problem that has not been solved by our technical support, you can return the product to us. The first step is to fill out the return form.
This form must be completed in its entirety and we will respond by e-mail within 3 business days with instructions on the return.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective outer box to prevent damage during transport. The return request must first be approved.
